Abhijit Bhaduri is an Indian author, columnist and management consultant. Abhijit was Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of the Wipro Group. He has also authored Bhaduri three best-selling books – two novels of the MBA Series – Mediocre but Arrogant, Married but Available and the management guide book, Don’t Hire The Best.

Prior to his role as the CLO of Wipro, he led HR teams at Microsoft, PepsiCo, Colgate-Palmolive and Tata Steel.
